We’ll always do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made.

Items clearly marked FINAL SALE at the time of purchase are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

We want you to love your Vivian Shyu purchase. If something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all original tags attached.

All online purchases must be returned through our online store. Online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged at our Bayview Village store location.

Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please email us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Our team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed, less the cost of the return shipping label.

Please use the return label provided so that your package can be properly tracked.

We take great care in inspecting our pieces before they leave us, but if you believe you’ve received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and photos of the item so our team can assist you.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we’ll make it right and cover the applicable return shipping costs.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after your refund has been processed for it to appear on your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping is not complimentary. We’ll provide you with a return shipping label, and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

For approved faulty or incorrect items, Vivian Shyu will cover the cost of return shipping.

Returns may be declined if they are received outside our 14-day return window or if the item does not meet our return conditions.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and with their original tags attached. We cannot accept merchandise showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, stains, odours or other signs that the item is no longer in its original condition.
