How do I make a purchase?
Shopping on vivianshyu.com is easy! For each item you would like to buy, select a color and size where applicable and click on the button 'add to cart'. When you are done shopping, you can review your items in your shopping bag by clicking on the bag icon in the top right corner. Click on 'checkout' to complete your order.
How do I know what's in stock?
Once you select the specific colour, style and size which you would like, the availability will show “in stock” or “out of stock”
Where/how do I find my size?
Vivian Shyu uses an international sizing guide to convert standard sizing to our own! To find out your Vivian Shyu size including corresponding measurements, please refer to the sizing guide that is available on every product page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as Google and Apple pay.
Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
Customers will be charged federal and provincial sales taxes; these depend on which province your order is being shipped too.
Can I return an item to the store?
Items can be dropped off at a retail store location together with proof of sale. Retails cannot process the refund. Please allow 4 days for refund to be processed online.
What is your return policy on regular priced items?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return item for a full refund. Please refer to the “Return an Item” selection on the bottom menu, and fill out the return form. Customers must pay return shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refundable.
What is your return policy on sale items?
All purchases of discounted merchandise are final sale and not eligible for exchanges, returns nor price adjustments.
How can I send the items back?
Click “Return an Item” on the bottom menu of the page
Fill out the form
A return label will be emailed to you, print it out
Items returned must have original labels and be in original condition
Place items back into original packaging and seal securely
Affix return label to package
Drop off at nearest Canada Post location
Your refund will be processed once your return has been received.
When will I receive a refund?
Refunds will be issued after your returned item has received in original condition. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card depending on bank processing time.
Will I be refunded the full value of my order?
We will refund the full value of the returned items. Please note that the original shipping costs (if any) will not be refunded and customer must pay return shipping.
How long do I have to return an item?
Returns of full-price items are accepted within 15 days of receipt of your delivery.
